The office staff is one of the best, Complete change from a couple of years ago when it was an absolute disaster They are spacious apartments and the grounds are beautiful. I have always had any work orders resolved quickly. Parking is a bit of a mess, with only 1 assigned spot per unit. If you have 2 car family and someone works late or on weekends... good luck

I've been happy here, for seven years
|Recommended: NoGreat Floorplan, Frustrating Community Company — I've lived in these apartments for several years. The office staff and maintenance are really great, and i love my floorplan. However, the corporate ownership kinda ties their hands and a lot of the people who live in these apts are pretty trashy and gross. I've been told it's going to be a non-smoking property ever since i've moved in. I have signed plenty of paperwork to that effect over the years but there continues to be a LOT of smokers all over the place and no enforcement of the issue. There is virtually NO parking here either, so forget having guests to visit. The property owners have decided to remodel the exterior of all buildings this year so they removed my deck and storage unit about 2 months ago and although we were initially told that the repairs would take only 4-6 weeks, we keep getting additional notices that say 15 or more weeks. Also we are constantly having subcontractors entering our units to install windows etc, but nothing ever gets done. Be warned.

I have to believe the core is a strong philosophy of customer sevice. That and some really nice people work here.
